Public and private roads totaling 1.28km or 4200 feet serve the Sunshine Acres subdivision with convenient and good road frontage. An access road branches off the so-called River Road, leading through Nature Park and ending directly at the shore of the Southwest Miramichi River, where you have public access to the beach from your property and you can launch your boat.

Ocean pleasures are nearby, too. Lovely shoreline with magnificent beaches and white sand dunes near the mouth of the river.
