An incredibly peaceful setting on Collins Lake Road! This parcel of land is accessed from N.B. Route 15 at Woodside (east) and from NB Route 15 at Shemogue (north). Access from the north is advised as a beaver dam has caused some flooding on Collins Lake Road from the east end. This portion of Collins Lake Rd has a gravel top and is without electricity and power.

The land appears to be dry except for a small brook which runs along the southern portion of the lands. This brook is part of the Gaspereau River System, a large tidal river, great for canoeing or kayaking. The Gaspereau flows south from this area through Port Elgin, just 4.5 miles away.
