Access to your land is very good though seasonal as it is not plowed for snow through the winter months.

Recreation trails for hiking, ATVing, and biking are right at your doorstep and provide access to many many miles of trails through thousands of acres of woodlands, past brooks, and through crown lands for your recreation use. For those who enjoy winter activities such as snowmobiling, the maintained trail #684 is just a few miles from your land and connects you to a fantastic trail network throughout the eastern part of the province.

At Bouctouche follow the beautiful Bouctouche River west via HWY 515 past Saint-Marie-de-Kent, continuing north on HWY 495 for 17 kilometers (~14 minutes) past Saint-Fabien, Bastarache, to South Branch.
