The parcel features approximately 650 feet riverfront following Trout Brook. Trout Brook is a year round brook, approximately 15-20 feet wide meandering northeast to the Richibucto River through the communities of Big Cove, Rexton and Richibucto where it empties into the Northumberland Strait (Atlantic Ocean).

The land is dry throughout and topography is relatively level, being 150 feet above sea level. As one approaches Trout Brook from within the parcel there is a sloping bank to the waters edge. The land was harvested for lumber a number of years ago. One can expect strong mixed regrowth of spruce, fir, birch, maple and poplar.

Hundreds of acres of crown land are adjoining on the southerly end of this parcel (see images), where one can explore nature and spot a wide variety of wildlife including moose, deer, black bear, rabbit, fox as well as game birds. Excellent hunting and outdoor recreational opportunities!

This is an ideal parcel for investment, hunting, outdoor recreation. A great opportunity to own acreage in New Brunswick!
