Here is a nicely wooded acreage with 500+/- feet road front on the westerly side of Richard Road. Depth on the northerly and southerly boundaries is approximately 2,550 feet and 2,150 feet respectively. Topographically the land is level, with the majority of the parcel being dry. There appears to be a small area, roughly 5 acres in size, at the northwesterly end of the parcel which appears wet on the topographic map.

The West Branch St. Nicholas River runs into the parcel roughly 650 feet from the road providing a good water source for future building consideration and making for excellent environment for all kinds of wildlife, from white-tailed deer, moose, fox, rabbit, small game animals and all sorts of birds.

For the outdoorsman, there is certainly plenty to enjoy including fishing the many waterways in the area.

The community of Saint Norbert is less than a mile north of the parcel. From here, travel north via Morton Road then Route 470 to reach Rexton and Richibucto and the Ocean (20 miles distant) or travel south via Lawson Road then Route 495 then Route 515 to Bouctouche and the Ocean (17 miles distant). Both routes will take you past lovely country scenery and picturesque farms and home sites.

Kouchibouguac National Park is just a few miles north of Richibucto. The park offers miles and miles of sand dunes and ocean frontage - great for canoeing, kayaking, swimming, birdwatching and much more.

The city of Moncton (population ~126,000) can easily be reached from this parcel within 40 minutes.
